Leg Days
They’re the toughest day in the gym.
Overcoming this challenge, however, helps every muscle in your body grow.
That’s why exercisers committed to seeing results intentionally include leg day in their weekly routines.
Life has its own “leg days.”
These are the days filled with challenges you intentionally sign up for in order to grow the capacity of your brain, body, and beliefs.
The harder the challenge, the greater the opportunity for growth.
While some of these challenges are complex, others are surprisingly simple.
But note—“simple” and “easy” are not the same thing.
Life offers us countless opportunities for growth every day.
When embracing these challenges becomes part of your routine, life will begin to deliver the results you’re looking for.
